I have seen in the book that you can also do 2 days PP and 5 days no diet but without excesses. It says its for weaker people and if you do not have much to loose.
I was thinking of doing 3/0. I failed in my 4th day as I was trying to do it properly. Not enough will power. Had a very naughty weekend:cry:
