Is anyone else a SERIAL weigher?

Decided on SE today as I can't bear to not have my Savoury rice for lunch, discovered on red its like 20 Syns!!!!

Sparx- seeing 11st 6 on the scales has shocked me into getting back on plan too- serial weighing has its good points lol!!

Lucy- if I do a Red day tomorrow, what can I have for lunch?? I need something I can prepare tonight as I'm at work tomorrow.

Ok, first of all, I could be very wrong but on SE I thought anything with syns meant that you had to take the higher value, I did SE to get to target and didn't have anything like that so perhaps I was a little hard on myself!!! Edited to say I AM wrong!!!! Panic over!!!

As for red days - Veg Soup? I also like the Tomato one, lots of SF that way! Chicken/Salmon Salad?? Or this weekend, we've been making frittata's, yummy cold!

Lol I was totally confused about SE- I had to read the thread on here, plus my books and look on the website before I began to understand it!!
But as you are probably aware now, you can have Savoury Rice as its a free food on EE and Green, as long as you have 2/3 super free with it so I'm having a whole bag of spinach with it and a sprinkle of cheese from my HEXA allowance :)

Thanks I've decided on chicken salad- the chicken is cooking now. Yum yum! And it means 2 HiFi choc orange bars as well as any I want to Syn!!

It will be interesting to see what the scales say tomorrow morning... X

I find it so hard not to weigh myself, every Monday is weigh in day for me but I have a sneaky weigh in through the middle of the week xx

My official WI is at class on a thursday but I weigh myself at home pretty much every morning! Really dont know how people can go a whole week off the scales lol.

Do you find that it helps or hinders you with your weight loss? x

Wow- 11st 3.4 this morning after one SE day! To say I'm impressed is an understatement! Having a red day today, so will be intrigued by the scales in the morning!

9st 5.8lb this morning, looking at a gain tonight!

+3.5lb at official WI, uh-oh back on plan now! Top end of my target range :p

Perhaps that's what you needed just to realise that at target we still need to work hard! I'm looking at another gain tomorrow, I hope it's no more than a half so ill be 1.5 over my actual target and although I could gain another 1.5 I want to loose and get to the bottom of target in time for hols. X

Glimpsed 9st 10.8 this morning, down a pound from yesterday - loved that! The usual Tuesday morning post weigh in drop again. Hope I can hold onto that for next Monday, though a tub of caramel chew chew and a bag of wispa bites already since yesterday could put that in jeopardy as well as a visit from my caramel chew chew loving brother at the weekend! It could be Ben & Jerry's carnage by Monday

Well I have fallen off the wagon... AGAIN! And the day before WI *hangs head in shame*

I imagine I'll be at the top end of my range tomorrow, really need to have a 100% week!!!

(And I fell off the wagon to: a bar of Snickers (the standard size gulp), 1/2 a 150g bag of cheese Doritos and a Kit Kat mint chunky bar)

Mine were down this morning so hopefully stays that way for official WI in the morning! fingers crossed :D

I've decided to just walk alongside the wagon holding on rather than keep falling off it ;)
