Is anyone else a SERIAL weigher?

I weigh most mornings and keep two apps running - one recording my "official" weighin day and the other where I record everytimeI weigh. I always seem to weigh less the day after my weighin day so I like to know my weight either side of that day. I even weigh in Kgs and then weigh again in stones lol. Mad isn't it!!!

I have another just called weight monitor which only records weight.
 
When I was on my weight loss journey I only ever weighed on the group scales but since I have been at target I must confess I do weigh myself at home. I just need to know if I am likely to go under target band then I can have a few extra syns. I dont weigh every week even though I go to group every week because I am a member of the social team. I think weighing at home is more money driven now, I dont want to start paying again so I want to know where I am. I once went under so had a grace week, brought it back big style the following week though ha ha :)

I can't ever imagine being in the position where I end up below target!
 
I weighed myself this afternoon and I have put on all the four pounds i had lost yesterday. I need to stop it!
 
Can i join you ladies here pls I have been a member here for a while but only just started to post (saw a post and knew I had to reply) I read this post all the time as i must confess "I am a serial weigher" I think it's the first thing I think of when i wake up ;) I am a catering supervisor in a school and as I am off work i'm pretty sure i may break my scales through over use lol I am going away soon and am thinking of a way i can sneak my scales in my luggage without my hubby seeing as i cannot imagine being parted from them for two whole weeks :eek: x
 
Oh dear, please please try not to do that! If you gain massively it could mess with yr head and spoil yr break. Just go away and enjoy. I see from yr stats you dont have much more to lose anyway. When you get back just get straight back on plan and you may well get to target as you are so near. :)
 
Tuesday I was 76.9kg .. today 76kg. my scales show this as 11st 13.4 - under 12 st at last - hope I'm still under next Tuesday !!'
 
Both my husband and I are serial weighers. I can not go the the toilet without weighing myself. My husband is the same and I can hear him banging the scales everytime he is in the bathroom too. I do try and only take notice of the morning weight though as you can put so much on throughout the day.

I do know I should only be weighed once a week but its so hard not too :rolleyes:

Mine also showed a STS this morning, which really got me down as I have maintained for the past 2 weeks. When I got on the scales at class tonight, I'd lost 2lb! I've decided not to weigh at home again because it really affected my mood today. I usually only ever weigh at home on the Monday morning, so I suppose I'm not a serial weigher but now I'm a non weigher!
