i swear my scales are right sometimes but most the time like to screw me over!! this morning i was down 4lb from last weighin (tues) im now 0.5lb down... i hate my scales... prefer this mornings reading but must of been wrong

Ok finally worked out that my scales weigh half a lb lighter than group scales. I knew they were close but happy to finally have taken notice of the difference! Gained 1.5lbs today but after the weekend fully off plan and drinking enough to fill a swimming pool im happy with that! Back onto it today! X

I am a serious scale hopper!! Lol I seem to get on every other day! But sometimes it makes it worse for me because if its says I've put on I think stuff it I'm just gonna eat what I want and then I do put weight on! Oh dear I need to throw the scales out!! Xx

My scales are so kind I'm at 13.1.5 today and official wi at Sw was 13.5.5 - but I am guaranteeing that I will be back up at 13.5 by wi it happens all the time it's so unfair! X
