Is anyone else a SERIAL weigher?

I weigh myself most mornings and just before I go to SW for my weigh in. Can't help it, think it keeps me focused.

same here, i think i would be more likely to go off plan if i couldnt check my progress daily!

Weighed myself on the Wii just before group and it said 1lb down from last weigh in, which i was happy with.... went to group and i've lost 2.5lbs!! Have now lost 5 stone since I had my son 7 and a half months ago! So pleased! xx

two pounds UP this morning and was half a pound off target last week!! WI tomorrow self sabotage only not been well didn't eat anything as been ill then when i got my appetite back i only wanted pizza!! grrrr
