Well after a bad day yesterday (damn hormones!) I'm very very happy that the scales say 11st 5.6lbs this morning

Seeing those numbers is all the motivation I need to get back on plan today!

10.2 for me today, which means my early official WI (Saturday) was correct and the excesses of Saturday night haven't scuppered my plans. Hurrah.

I know what you mean, Texty. I'm sure my body is hanging on to water for dear life! I think I drank five pints yesterday evening - I was so thirsty! I know we shouldn't complain about the heat because the sunshine is lush, but it's got really muggy and it's making it really hard to sleep etc. xx

Oh crikey, I went a few years ago and I can't quite remember! I know it's down one of the cobbled shopping streets - it looks like a little off licence from the outside, but you walk through that and it becomes an awesome bar.
