Is anyone else a SERIAL weigher?

9st 5.6lb this morning, been feeling so crap the last few days, I've been good food wise but its just not shifting :(
 
11st 2.4lbs this morning- that's 3lbs down from Wednesday :D :D
 
You've got the same goal weight as me! Look how well you've done! I wonder if I will ever get where you are..x

I'm sure you will, I have already been there once but I'm going away for the weekend at the end of sept so trying to get as low as possible, but it's just not happening lol!
 
I'm scared to weigh today. Woke feeling bloated and generally gross. Got a feeling I could be 2lb up from yesterday :-( back to sleep and see how I feel in a couple of hours!
 
11st 2.8lbs this morning- slightly up but I'm ok with that :)
 
Sts this week with 10.13... Hopefully will lose another pound or two before I go away next Tuesday :D
 
I am definitely a serial weigher! My official WI is Tuesday @ 5pm, but I will admit to getting on my home scales every morning whilst I am in the bathroom.

It used to be detrimental to my weight loss - if I was having a good week and it looked as though I'd lost quite a bit, I would think "ooh, well I can have an extra few Syns then".

Just recently I feel like I have really turned a corner though, and as cliche as it sounds, I feel like a new woman. I still get on the scales every morning, but instead of seeing a good result and then rewarding myself with more Syns, it seems to make me stick at it more and keep going until WI on Tuesday. I'm all about seeing those numbers drop and I'm determined to stop holding myself back from that.

This week I've been 100% on plan, but earlier in the week I was weighing in at around 12st 4lb - which would have been an unexplained gain from last Tuesday, when I weighed in officially at 12st 2.5lb. I stuck with it though, determined to get the scales moving.

This morning I weighed in at 12st 1lb, though I am still not confident of a loss tomorrow - I think I may have a maintain by the time I have eaten breakfast and lunch. I'm okay with it though, because I know that I've done everything I possibly could have and that it is just mother nature. Where as in the past I would have gone off plan and got cross with myself when I did not get the loss/maintain I wanted.

If I don't get a loss this week, it will come off next week. I can't complain afterall, I've lost 7.5lb in the last two weeks alone!!
 
9st 5.6lb still, getting slightly hacked off considering I've done a whole week of red and I'm looking at a maintain tomorrow :(
 
That is great and you look fab..can I ask did you find it harder to loose the last couple of stones or was it all the same..I seem to hit a plateau and never go below it..

Sorry I've literally only just seen this! The last 1/2 stone took about 3 months to lose whereas the first 3st took about 5/6 months. So yeah it seemed like forever!
 
11st 3.5lb today must be time for another drop on the scales. Been at this weight 3 days now x
 
Scales show a 4lb gain WTF. Never had a gain like that!!!!

I can tell you now if that sticks tomorrow I'm NOT going weigh in! I'm still waiting for full Aunt Flo I'm just spotting right now...hoping that it's just that making me gain phantom weight! Took some ware retention tablets today I'm so hoping I've lost some blooming weight! :(
 
Are you Avignon extra heb's now your at target or have you gone back to the normal 2? X

Just been treating it like I'm a new member, I'm just getting a bit frustrated with it all ATM, I'll snap out of it soon I hope, missing certain junk but I haven't been well for about 2 weeks so I'm hoping that's why I'm craving bad stuff (I haven't been giving in though!)
