Is anyone else a SERIAL weigher?

Sorry I know I have disappeared off of the face of the earth. Official weighin shows +1lb which I'm pretty happy about with the on off week I've had + going out Thursday night. I am now out of target again... Might have to go back to daily weighing ;(
 
Was 8st 2 1/4 yesterday but too busy too post.

It was Going in the right direction so I'm all geared up and go for my first run in months yesterday afternoon in the rain! Felt great so what did I do? Have a glass of wine and dumplings with my free stew, epic fail!
 
My daily weighs were right! I gained 2 1/2 this week

Suitably annoyed now, I'm going for it like a mad woman this week now. I get a free week next week so I am determined to utilise my saving and hack away at the 4lbs I need to lose
 
Wednesday morning my scales said I am only 1lb up now, not 2 1/2 so feel a tiny bit better already. Just need it to keep dropping off. Fingers crossed my scales are nice to me by Friday morning!
 
10st 12lb today. Keep coming down!!! My scales haven't said anything lower than 10st 11.75lb since I was pregnant! Just 12lb to my Xmas target!
 
YAY! Down to 146lbs ( 10.6 ) !! 2lb loss for the week so far. Going to try work on a 3lb before Tuesday!

I need some of your get and go as mine has got up and gone.....

My bad ways have definately caught up with me, my trousers are even feeling tight today and normally by the end of the week they are really baggy!!!!
 
Awww Lucy believe me I've had a dozen or more relapses the last two months!! I even went over my syns again today but I've been eating really light (was basically a binge on the tin of celebrations!) so not too worried. Also going to the gym tonight as my punishment for overindulging like I did!

I'm sick of hovering and the 2 1/2 gain at weigh in felt so unfair. A good kick up the bum when you face the scales is all that's needed. Especially when it's easy to chase those few pounds that have gained...before letting yourself slip away to a bigger gain!
 
Yes I've booked my baby sitter for weds to go to class, I hate spending money on a sitter to go to class but I've just got to go!

8 st 2 1/4 this morning and my skinny jeans are nit so skinny, muffin top ahoy!
 
Hurrahhh...down to 145.3lbs today. Gym worked at burning off any negative affects from all that chocolate =D

Now....do I go all out and have another success express day today?? I haven't had any carbs apart from my healthy b toast the last two days so far.

I so badly wanna see 144lbs on the scale! Would be overjoyed
 
Still 8st 2 1/2 this morning, don't know why I'm expecting anything lower when I'm brilliant all day and then eat a piece of birthday cake!
 
Scales hovered between 11.10 (last weeks WI) and 11.9 yesterday
Today 11.10 - I have until weds to get them moving - come on scales be good to me plzzzzzzzzzzz I want to be there for Xmas pretty please
 
Feeling quite down thanks to my scales. Initially they were reading 10.10 which I've been at for days. Out of desperation I grabbed my old scales and they were showing between 10.10 & 10.8 so I checked the digital scales were sitting flat on the floor and all of a sudden I'm now reading 10.8 technically I should be elated but that first reading has made me not trust it's latest readings. I've even been and tried on some of my old jeans and they fit loads better on the legs and are actually baggy on the waist and still that hasn't cheered me up :(

Might have a nap and see if I feel happier later on.

In terms of preparing every week for weigh in, I have heard many stories on here where people say they don't eat or starve just before weigh in lol. But what about clothes ? Do you all have an outfit that you wear every week to ensure your weight is accurate week in week out ? or do you wear something heavy one week and light the other ? or your not bothered and just don't care ? :p

I wear leggings and a vest top every week (the tops alternate between 3) lol OH keeps saying ppl will think thats all you own. I dont care haha

Awwww they mess with our heads hun - dont be upset. The only number that matters is the one you see at WI every week and theres still time for them to move. We always weigh heavier later in the day. Keep ya chin up x
