Oh dear, my sister chose me as her birthing partner for her second...god knows why. I was traumatised for 10 years before I had my little one. My tip to you...don't look down lol.

Weigh in done. Another 3.5lbs this week despite some cheats so 18.5 lbs loss in total woop. Off to las iguanas tonight to celebrate lol... Not sure if it's the best thing to do

Just made calorie free jelly!!! Some mix a mousse, water and summer berries water flavouring. Pop in fridge for 20 mins and voila... Lovely jelly!!!

Well that's just genius! I have to try it. I'm still trying to find the recipe for pancakes I've seen mentioned!
 
Well my consultant made me some and brought it to me because she'd run out of mix a mousse and water flavouring but dropping off tomorrow but wanted me to try it. The recipe is mix 1 teaspoon of mix a mousse with 1 tea sspoon of flavoring with 1 pint of water. Place in fridge for 20 mins. Hey presto. Jelly that even wobbles. You can put good colouring to make it look more pretty. You can adjust amount of flavoring to your taste too so if 1 teaspoon too strong, put half in. So basically we can have a pint of jelly and it doesn't affect out diet or anything! Hooray!

Did you add tje mix a mouse powder in with the chocolate powder say before you add the water and mix?

I think you're meant to mix tje dry ingredients first and then it comes out perfect.

I measure out the water first then add powders and mix

It's shouldn't be lumpy if you add water to the powders in that order. I think if you put powder in water it makes it lumpy. Try and error I guess. Good luck x
