Is it for me? some help please!

Hey all,

I am considering starting dc, I generally eat pretty healthy any way but find it all collapses when im over hungry or dont really have time to prepare much or have anything to take to work. I have around 20lb left to lose and was wondering if thi plan would be right for me. Im starting an exercise class tomorrow and have every intention of sticking to it, just finding this last stone and a half a nightmare to shift...any comments or advice v.appriciated!!!!

This would definately help as you dont have to prepare just sling in the micro a couple of minutes later ready. So no preparing and if you want veg could can get steam pack for the micro which only take a couple of minutes as well.:):)
