Is it for me? some help please!

Hey all,

I am considering starting dc, I generally eat pretty healthy any way but find it all collapses when im over hungry or dont really have time to prepare much or have anything to take to work. I have around 20lb left to lose and was wondering if thi plan would be right for me. Im starting an exercise class tomorrow and have every intention of sticking to it, just finding this last stone and a half a nightmare to shift...any comments or advice v.appriciated!!!!
