hey there, whether your chemist will let you back on depends on your BMI and targets. Mine is fine with me still on it for a couple more and at one point i was healthy weight and they gave me it. I definately found it harder to do once id came off. I did six weeks last year, and my willpower was great, so great that I thought I could have a weekend off and enjoy a couple of nights out and go back.... it resulted in me doing 2 weeks at a time since and never quite managed more... Im on day 3 again now but I wish I never stopped in the first place hehe, wish you all the best in your restart, well done on your loss so far, you just have to keep reminding yourself why you want to be slim :) xx

obviously it depends on your state of mind i think. if your in that 'zone' to lose weight nothing will stop you achieving your goal. personally this is my second time on lt having lost 70lb last year and having gained some of it back im finding myself on it again and it has been a definate mind over matter struggle. i am finding now though, four weeks in that im getting used to it again but i definately would not recommend having to keep doing it...it does a persons head in!!! lol

    h xx
