Is it just me, but...

I'm getting dark circles under my eyes fell hugely tired,

I'm going running most nights or badminton to keep myself active.

Food:-

9am,
2x poached eggs
2x bacon strips

11am,
1/2- 1 once cheese ish
Slice of turkey
Handful if spinach

1pm,
2x slice of Han
Some tuna
Plenty of salad

3pm,
1/2- 1 once cheese ish
Slice of turkey
Handful if spinach

5pm,
Small amount of different cheese
Slice of turkey

Am I going wrong roughly with this diet been doing it 4 days now..
Any help would be great
 
Definitely sounds like atkins flu. Take it a bit easy and maybe ease back on the exercise for a few days. Drink plenty of water, eat when hungry, and you will get through it. Most people get a nice burst of energy after this point too:D
 
I came out of Atkins flu a few days ago now, I feel much better but I haven't had that burst of energy yet, I'm still waiting for that!:D
