Is it just me ? Or are Sundays soooo hard !

Sundays are the hardest day definitely. I usually blow my calorie allowance at lunch time and then spend the rest of the day pondering what else I could eat. Eventually I tend to give in :ashamed0005:

It's not unhealthy per se having a 'day off' but I do wish I could exercise the same restrain as I do during the rest of the week.
