Is it possible to havd 2 days off and still lose?

That's it? Can you still lose after 2 days off and 5 100% days? It's only my first week and I've blown out all weekend big style. Meals out, drinks, toast, chocolate, crisps, you name it I've eaten it this weekend :( now I've come to my senses and am so embarrassed. I really don't want a gain on my first weigh in. Please advise

Sorry no-one can predict that, what I find is that my weight reflects what happened the week before, so if I binge today it won't show till monday week
