Hello everyone hope your all doing good! I was just wandering if it was possible to still be in ketosis even though I had some chicken last nite? Naughty I know but I just had to have the chicken lol. I've just done a wee test and stick is showing light pink? So am I right to presume I'm in ketosis still? On a more virtous note have spent afternoon baking with kids and wasn't tempted once to lick the spoon lol!
