Hello everyone hope your all doing good! I was just wandering if it was possible to still be in ketosis even though I had some chicken last nite? Naughty I know but I just had to have the chicken lol. I've just done a wee test and stick is showing light pink? So am I right to presume I'm in ketosis still? On a more virtous note have spent afternoon baking with kids and wasn't tempted once to lick the spoon lol!

Well put it this way .... on SS+ i ate chicken/fish every single day and still lost loads of weight lol...not bothered about the ketosis thingy..never tested myself..but chicken is 'allowed' and so is white fish.. 125gr of it.... so i think you'll be fine :D

Yes definately. I think ketosis is related to carbs, and there are no carbs in chicken. Like pointed out above chicken is allowed on SS+ so no problem.
