Is it up to me if I wanted to change my weight plan. Can't really afford to pay more than £35. The deciding factor for me to do CD was the price (3pks daily). When I first called my cdc, I asked her if there's a form for me to take to the docter to sign. She asked me whats my bmi and at the time I told her 34. She said I wouldnt because its under 40.
So at my first meeting she put me on SS+ (4pks and slim milk) which came up to about £47. Because she said my bmi was lower than 40, I thought it was ok to do just (SS)3pks daily. I had no problem with informing my gp that I'm on CD.
So the my questions are
1. Can I change my plan if I wanted to?
2. Do I need to get my gp to sign a form so I can do SS?
Thanx in avdance for your help.
