Hi all
I've done sw in the past and lost some, but now I'm bigger than ever and need to do it again
I'm a veggie and always used green before, I hear they've changed the plan to be more geared towards meat eaters. Sounds like they're also trying to restrict the carb intake. The being allowed carbs was the thing which made sw work for me and I don't want to do this at all. I hear they're phasing out support for green, so am I better to just do this myself using my old books and forums like this one?
What are other veggies experiences with the new plan?
Wish they wouldn't keep treating us like lepers and only focusing on meat eaters! I remember how annoying I used to find it at group that we were just generally ignored!
