Is milk allowed in tea?

Anyone know if you can have skimmed milk in tea?? I was assuming so as you can make the porridge with skimmed milk. I've left my info sheet at home and ain't sure! Ta

There is a daily milk allowance of 150ml skimmed milk to use in whatever way you choose
