What I mean is does the process of making it cook it in some way?
Like couscous is steamed so it's already cooked, you just add water back into it and heat it if you prefer it hot etc.
It depends. Quorn mince and sausages needs cooked but stuff shaped into fake meat does not eg luncheon meat. I don't think if you ate it raw it would harm you.
