because i really need it.:cry: started CD then stopped then :break_diet: started then stopped then went to SW then back to CD now for the last week been on SW (well sort of) :break_diet: the last year has been WASTED as i have lost the same Bloody 7 pounds. going on hols on the Ist June now PANICKING

Funny how the last three months have flown by, kept saying got ages to loss b4 hols!!!!!!!!!!

Don't be too hard on yourself - at least you haven't gained weight! It's so hard if you're head's not in the right place. I've spent 4 months falling off the wagon and regained two stone. But now I'm ready to lose again. There's no point in feeling bad about the past and you certainly shouldn't let it spoil your holiday. Maybe you should just enjoy the holiday and you'll be mentally ready to diet afterwards?

There's no point beating yourself up about what has happened. Its in the past, you can't change it, just file it away and move on. You have 3 weeks till your hols, and if you really WANT to you could SS and lose a stone in that time. If your head isn't around it, then perhaps do what fallenangel suggested, eat sensibly till your hols, have a great time on hols and get back into the diet when you return.

I sometimes find that when I put a "goal" in my mind I fail miserably, I think I put too much pressure on myself. If that pressure isn't there, then it might be easier to get back on track.

Either way, have a brilliant holiday. I am off with hubby on 3rd June to Crete, are you going anywhere hot and sunny too?
