    I have just been trying SF since Monday.
    I was woundering is there any way to find out how many cals are in a potatoe or a piece of meat?

    there is also a calorie a-Z book you can get from most newsagents.

    Calorie counting/healthy eating and Jillian Michaels' DVDs
    Invest in some kitchen scales and weigh them.. Most products have the nutritional info per 100g on the pack.

    I always remember from weight watchers... every 100 grams of potatoes is 100 cal! = 1 point.. :) (cooked weight)
