Yeah I'm following it, I don't have a book on it or anything but just trying to use common sense and cut out potatoes bread pasta etc and fill up on foods that are more slow releasing etc.
I am on the low GI, have been on and off for years but now back on it for the last 3 months and lost about 26lb already. I love it as I do not feel I am on a diet, the recipes I am trying out are full of flavour and even my (skinny) hubby who is a big potato fan doesn't mind following it with me! ))
