Sugar free jelly with Greek yoghurt????

Its the highlight of my day - I LOVE it!! Its the best dessert - even if it wasn't low cal I would still eat the stuff. God, its delicious!

Its going to be a big part of my food plan for maintaining for the rest of my life.....who needs cheesecake???:D

i love it too. I am really into the greek yoghurt.

I have discovered a very nice recipe you can have from week 3, it tastes just like mashed up cheesecake.

layer of jelly, handful of fruit, 1/4 crumbled up peanut crisp bar, layer of yoghurt, I did 2 layers like this and it made me 2-3 portions and was lovely.
I used blueberries, grapes and strawberries and squeezed a passion fruit all over it too.

OMG, Ali, that is making my mouth water! It's only 10.15am!!!! Will definitely be trying that. Must remember to get crispy peanut bar tomorrow! Is it the crispy one or the MDF one?

Lovely - think I will try it with a mashed up cranberry bar instead....with some raspberries/strawberries and yoghurt! Great! Start week three on Friday - will be FAB!!
