today i am having a red day so.....
HEA = semi skimmed milk HEB = 2 slices 400g bread and 2 alphen light bars

Breakfast: muller light with banana

Dinner: ham sandwich

Tea: 2 pork chops and lots of veg (carrot,brocil,caulflower and green beans)

Snack: apple and my alphen light bars.
