Green Days Is this a Green day?

Heya, I've just been doing my food diary and I think it might have been a Green Day. Please let me know if I'm completely off the mark

Breakfast: Special K (5 syns) and muller lite yoghurt

Lunch: mugshot (tomato & herb) & salad

Dinner: Quorn Moussaka (with aubergine, onion, spring onion, garlic etc)

Snacks and drinks: 2 Alpen light bars, 2 Babybel cheeses (counted as 6 syns), 2 cups of coffee w/skimmed milk (around 350mls as I like milky coffee) and green tea.

Is this a Green Day and the Babybel are a HexB or Extra Easy with syns?

Your breakfast was fine, as 5 syns for special k. I think you can have speciak K "sustain" as a healthy B option if you wanted to change having normal special k and using your syns to having a healthy B version.

Your lunch was free on a green day, it is also free on a EE day in that flavour.

Your mini babybel cheese, 2 can be a healthy B option for green day but not a healthy B version for EE day. But it can be a healthy A version for EE day.

Hope this makes some kind of sense, and i havnt confused you.

B - special k (5 syns) muller (free)

L - tomato + herb mugshot (free) salad (free)

D - Quorn moussakka (free, providing you had all free ingredients in it)

2 healthy A used - 350ml of skimmed milk, need something else as healthy a choice aswell? You could steal your mini babybels from healthy b option if you wanted.

2 healthy B used - 2 babybells, 2 alpen lights

It looks pretty good.

On a green day you're supposed to have 2 choices of both A and B healthy extras. So you've still got a B choice left.

I'd also suggest that long term special K could be swapped for something different, as it's not very good for releasing energy slowly, and is very high in sugar, so could give you an energy burst, and then a slump an hour or so later.

Don't forget you still need to make sure that you're having 5 fruit and veg a day, regardless of the plan, and unless there is a whole onion and bunch of spring onion per portion in the moussaka, some more fruit and veg would be better.

All looks good though, just remember to keep the superfree food up!

Cool! I had my 2nd B as the Alpen bars and I whacked so much veg in the moussaka it was unreal!

Quite enjoyed today's food been a long time since I had quorn etc

And just using up the special K now. Bought It before SW. Though that sustain is really nice
