looked at the scales this morning and taking into account that it can be 4lbs out in the morning plus my scales are 4lbs out to SW ones. it was saying that i have lost 4lbs so far this week and my wi is tomorrow evening. not getting my hopes up though

Ooooo...fingers crossed Huni...I hope that you get the 4lbs loss...stay off the scales though, as they dont always work in our favour!

LOL! I love my scales too. I had a sneaky weigh this morning (again) and I'm up from Saturday, so consequently I felt a bit pants. But I always do this to myself the day before WI! *hangs head in shame*

You never know til your actual class scales weigh you in...but fingers crossed for a great result for you

oh good luck! i did ee this week and lost 3lbs which is a big week for me so perhaps extra easy works for us!!!!
