Day 18 yesterday of ss and i had a chineze... within an hr i started feeling tired so went to bed etc and all day today i been feeling really tired and week etc..

is this normal?

i am back on track today... and no not in ketosis..

DOn't really know hun but I know b4 when I'd had too much carbs/wheat I would get really tired etc, maybe just not having curbs that one chinese was like a carb overload. Hope this helps
Chinese is very carby and sugary so you had a big sugar rush. When this happens the body pumps in insulin to deal with the extra sugar. The you have too much insulin so your body has to work hard to get rid of the insulin and sugar levels drop,then you feel really tired.

It can become a viscious circle.
