Hi Everyone I need advice, I'm on my 3rd week of lipotrim enjoying it :) except for the water but doing okay. I sleep on my sides and lately I've been having aches in my hips, is this due to lack of calcium? and my right wrist aches at times. Is it because of the cold? Or is the lack of vitamins, I know lipotrim has all the nutrients one needs those that include calcium? Or do I need a new bed? Anyone...:confused:

VLCDs have all the nutrients you need ... maybe the sudden loss of weight means you're sleeping in a slightly different position - like a 'cushion' you had on your hips is no longer there??

    Just a thought ...

    Hi Sola

I've had exactly the same thing on and off whilst being on the diet, so i presume that it is connected. I shouldn't worry, it should ease over time.

Thanks everyone for your advise, tomorrow is my weigh in at the chemist. I'll ask and see what they say. This week seemed a bit hard but did not succumb to the temptations around me. I go to my wardrobe and try clothes that i couldn't fit in and the motivation carries me through. Daisy bank (lol)i wouldn't be surprised if thats the case with my wrist, I do a lot of typing at work, and work on the computer to stop me from thinking of food. Thanks again

    Hi Sola,

I've been getting these cramps too. Did the Pharmacist say anything about it?
