Banana

Lunch:

Huevos rancheros
Mushrooms
Grated cheese (HexA)
Bread (HexB)

Supper:

Chicken noodle soup (preceded by a fruit salad)

There is a great thread on success express on the stickies.

My first thoughts are breakfast isn't big but you may have your reasons for this

Lunch looks good
Dinner in success express I would say you are best to eat your super free with your meal as the idea is that you automatically cut back on the free food.
Also you can still have your syns just you have to Syn as though you were in the highest syn value day. I.e a sausage may be 1 on red and 6 on green you have to count 6

Also you can have two as and bs.

Hiya. Thanks for the post hun. I'm not much of a breakfast person so I only ever tend to have a banana or nothing.

I also massively overindulged last night so I'm trying to stay syn-free or low syn for the rest of the week :) xx
