is this ok for extra easy day

breakfast:weetabix and strawberries using a&b
lunch:huge bowl of pasta with fromage frais and chilli and garlic seasoning yummy
bannana and aplle and mullerlight
tea will be chicken potatoes butternut squash cauliflower corn on cob
and followed by ricepudding done with water and muller
my god love this plan im stuffed after dinner never my tea lol

maybe a can of beer later for 7 syns lol dont really need syns but like some beer at the weekends lol

You should definitely use them - in the first few months I used 10-15 a day (at least!) but now I'm getting closer to my target, I'm cutting back 5-7 a day to help keep me losing. If you don't use many at the moment, you won't have much to cut back on later - I'd recommend it, and nearly all synful things are tasty, well, except stock cubes...

i always think you shouldnt reduce just to get to target.. start as you mean to go on!! .. i refuse to let my body think im going to have hardly any syns, because i like eating my uaul 7-12 a day, and i dont wan t my weight loss to become reliant on me having fewer syns..

thats why i always have my takeaway, i will always have one on a wednesday, so my body has accepted it, and i work hard the rest of the week.. im sure if i stopped id drop the pounds, but its un-sustainable .. i love me takeaways!

but i agree, always use your syns otherwise it wont work as well.xxx

I'd got to a point where I wasn't losing any weight at all - more or less maintaining (I'm a slow loser anyway) or gaining, and my consultant pointed out by having closer to the 15 syns a day I was reducing my chances of a loss.

Now I'm at 5-7 syns a day, I'm losing again, but am confident that once I've got to target (I'm nearly there) I can go back to my normal syns, and probably another B choice and I'll maintain just fine. I'm not forcing it, but now I'm in a healthy BMI range, it's definitely tougher to get the last few pounds off without making some sacrifices...

fern that is a brilliant weight loss im sure u feel a million dollers. im yet 6 weeks into it but enjoying the journey. have u any pics of what u where like before and after.

Hmmm maybe I am odd but I actually quite like pudding rice by itself and the muller makes it even nicer. I'll admit I did try it with normal rice once and that was pretty horrid, I had always assumed they would taste the same!

never tried pudding rice but was really hoping no one would fault it before i did try it! x

Paperclip- .. i see what you mean about your syns now, and am glad to see your enjoying losses again! .. youl be back to enjoying more syns in no time! :) xxx
