    pack of dry lentins (soaked over night in water)

    chicken breast
    veg stock

    I can't think straight at the moment, this is syn free isn't it ??

    I hope so as its FIT!

    Syn free but not an extra easy meal as there are no superfree foods in it - that is, fruit and non-starchy vegetables (ie not peas, sweetcorn, parsnip or potatoes)

    Yes but they are pulses which are free foods but not superfree. Only fruit and vegetables (with the exception of the ones mentioned above) are superfree so you really need to boost the vegetable content in your dish.

    When I make my lentil soups, I add carrots, brocolli, onions and chopped peppers or whatever vegetables I have in at the time.
