If it's not on the list you shouldn't really be eating it. Processed foods are not recommended due to the sugar and salt content (never mind stabilisers, vinegars etc).

Thanks GG, I guess I knew that anyway, think I just needed to hear it from someone else as I deluded myself that gherkins were ok. I Won't have any more! xx
