hi all just wanted to check this out, for my lunch i had the breast meat from a roast chicken no skin or fat or anything weighed out 90g as that was plenty with 115g of cauliflower with a macaroni cheese pack....jst want to know if it was ok as it was such a big meal.i have really not been eating much if you can have this every day.i havent had any other packs so could have a shake for dinner altho not really hungry.

You would be allowed another two options today (as well as the mac cheese) and then you'll have completed a 3 packs plus protein day! xx
 
sounds fine to me, but have you only had 1 pack then hun? did you have a shake for brekkie and you're just missing one pack? you shouldn't really cut out 2 packs even if you are feeling full x I don't think you'll have done any damage to your diet with that meal though x
