I am back on CD (day 2 today) weighing 14 stone 4 pounds (5 foot 7) and desperately want to be 12 stone by 23rd April which is just over 8 weeks away... can this be done? I know usually you lose more in week 1/2 then average 3 pounds a week...

I am visiting my brother in USA in April and would love for him to see me slim!

I hope its possible cause i weigh the same as you, am an inch shorter than you but would love to loose another 2 stone in about 8 weeks!! would love to stand on the scales and read 12stone!!

yes you will do it,i lost 25 in 3 weeks,i only had 2 stone 2 loose,think postive!
