Is this possible

Stated lipotrim on Tuesday and ended up sick (not from lipotrim) and had tea and toast so I suppose you could say yesterday was my first full day 100% I jumped on the scales this morning I know I shouldn't but am down 5lb in one day is this possible? I know first week water but that seems an awful lot in one day

Hi feeling abit better thanks and I did smile. When I stepped on those scales can't wait get weight off and buy some summer clothes for my holiday roll on 9 weeks !!
