So it's day 4, and as far as I'm aware I've only had 5 syns today... can someone tell me if I'm right?
This is what I've eaten today:
2 nectarines
1 Apple
35g bran flakes with skimmed milk (as healthy option b)
2 Muller light yoghurt, vanilla with chocolate sprinkles
1 pack of aldi roast chicken breast slices (no fat)
1 chicken and sweet corn mugshot
1 lean turkey breast
Syn free chips
Aldi roasted Mediterranean vegetable pack
2 tablespoons of bramwells lighter than light mayo (Aldi, 1 syn)
1 300ml bottle of Budweiser (4 syns)
Milk in tea with 1 sweetener per cup (under my 350ml allowance of skimmed milk for healthy option a)
