Is this right?

So this is what I’ve eaten so far today and by my calculation I’ve only had 3 syns. Is this right? I feel like im eating so much I must be going wrong somewhere!

Breakfast – Large banana, 30g cereal and 100ml skimmed milk
Snack – 2 x pears. 1 banana. 2 x cadbury’s chocolate fingers – 3 syns
Lunch – Bachelors chicken savoury rice. Muller Light toffee. 6 seafood sticks.

I haven’t decided on dinner yet but its probably going to be salmon, veg and something…
 
Yeah i know...i was too full after lunch to eat anything else...still not hungry now. Will try and eat a bit more veg later to make up for it! :)

This is the reason why you should eat superfree with your meal not after it. If you'd had a superfree salad with your lunch you wouldnt have eaten as much of the free rice and seafood sticks - thats how the slimming world plan naturally limits your calorie intake, by making you fill up on foods that have a low calorific value. You cant make up for it at a later meal by having more (but certainly eat more veg anyway lol)
