    85% visible lean beef
Eggs to bind it together and cooked in oven no oil.

Mince needs to be extra lean to be syn free - that is less than 5% fat

Hmm again unsure what 85% visible lean beef is but am guessing it means it is 85% lean?! Tesco extra lean mice is less than 5% fat and is free. If this beef is 15% fat, am guessing it might be syns?
