Is this the right thing - Scan Bran

I don't go to class, but found on the web that scan bran is GG Crispbreads sold by Waitrose? I shop at Ocado and found this:-

Is this the right thing??

That is the oat bran scan bran by the look of things but that is one of the ones they sell in class from the pic which i don't think is that clear. I am just about to make the scan bran cake (if i can face going to get eggs in the rain)

yep, thats the oatbran version. I might make a special trip to Waitrose today to try some, I get the scan bran from class so might try these too.

sorry to sound stupid but never heard of them before are they like ryvitas? am new to all this as starting on wednesday, how many syns on extra easy please.

They are a very fiber rich crispbread sold in slimming world classes and Holland and Barrat. I think it is 5 for a HEB but they also feature in a few SW recipes.
