I had a really **** day at work and usually buy fried chicken to ease me into the weekend but I didnt. Stress from work made my IBS played up and I gave in. I had 2 rice cakes and 3 slices of cheddar!!!
They calmed me down and sorted my stomach, but now Im angry with my self for giving in and its making me and my tummy upset again.
