Just got back from having an Italian (having a kitchen fitted at the mo so prob be going out for tea a lot this week )

Just wondering if anyone knows how many syns are in the choices I made??

I had spare ribs for a starter, and spaghetti bolognaise for main. Plus a couple of thin breadsticks.

I'm on an extra easy today.
