Well just finished my 1st week on consolidation and wow. I had my gala meal (Chinese Buffet) I also had my bread and cheese plus my fav pasta on Sunday. My weight has stayed almost the same. I lost 1lb which I went to the gym for the first time yesterday which was my PP day. Its the first time I have been to the gym in 4 months which I have really missed but I did not want to confuse muscle weight gain with fat weight loss. The people at the gym wanted to know what my secret was to my weight loss. I am just toning up at the gym and not lifiting anything like I used to so its one day at a time.
