Hi everyone, so for the last couple of weeks I have been really struggling to stay on track. Everytime I'm at home I want to raid the fridge and even though its full of good stuff (as well as bad for my OH) I continue to make the wrong choices and by Friday I would be totally off track.
This week however I feel something has clicked in my brain and its not that I'm resisting tempation its that I just don't want the bad stuff :d'oh:
I normally go home after work and sit there with tea and chocolate but I just don't want it and I don't feel I'm depriving myself I actually feel really strong and in control.
Has anyone else got to this point in their SW journey?
And what I really want to know is do you think it will last because I am loving the feeling
