Hi Everyone!!!

I havent been on here for a while but i am still on a healthy eating programme and fitness!!

Im starting to get really frustrated with myself, im just not loosing any weight because i cant go to the toilet! This may be to much information but does this happen to most people or just me? If so please help me and give me ur tricks to go! Ive been eating fruit to help me but just not working!!

A bottle of wine does it for me! Lol! Seriously though, your body will go when it really wants to. I really don't think anyone should be taking something just because they think they have to go every day. As a matter of fact, the first time my husband and I went to USA on holiday, ( big dinners, right??) I went 17 days before I "went". My husband couldn't believe it but eventually I went so I guess the moral of the story is, you won't go pop, it'll happen when it happens.
