Well like the title says, it's day 1, officially the last day 1 ever!

So far I'm feeling pretty.... ****, seriously I had totally forgotten how disgusting the original porridge was - I only managed half of it before being sick :-(

Seriously praying that the other flavours will be better than this debacle!

i remember my first day and the porridge being awful but i'm now on day 17 and I really enjoy it now (honestly!) hope it gets better x
Luckily for me I have never not liked any of the products. A couple of things haven't been as nice as others, so I tend to avoid them, but I've never felt sick or hated anything. It's really a case of finding what you do like and then sticking to it.

There are hints and tips for adding certain things to the CD products to improve them. Just remember that most of them are not advised by Cambridge and could affect some people's losses.

I actually really like the porridge. I've also found a few things to do with it that seem to be okay for me, but I am reluctant to post them as I wouldn't want to ruin someone else's diet.
