    Today I am doing 100% ts as I'm sick of being this way and feeling down! I lost 6lb since last week and that was with eating bit of crap and that motivated me to be strict now! Thanks for reading :)

    Thanks working nights don't work :( I'm going to have a coke zero everyday to stick to ts as a treat

    hope your doing better ... its hard to get back up once we slip but i am sure you can do it with people online surporting you keep doing great work

    Zazu, I work shifts too, and couldn't not have coke zero sometimes to keep me going.
    Just do as much as you can, as often as you can.. and you will get there.
    Keep plodding on with it :)
