Its official....I'm Healthy

I got on my cdc's scales last night and had lost 4lbs (after 4 weeks of sts) which now takes me to BMI 24.9....so I am officially "Healthy".

I love CD and I'm loving 810.

To any newbies - stick with it because it really does what it says on the tin!!

Well done Lenny, you must feel really pleased. I've got 10lbs to go but I'm struggling with the urge to eat now. Not that I'm hungry just feel like I want to be part of the family again.
