***it's Saturday*** Lets Do It Hour By Hour**

    Good morning everyone................just spent the last hour catching up on some of the 3389 threads that have been posted while I have been away.

    You all seem to have been very good and have some fab loses this week.

    Well a little about my trip (won't bore you to much)
    We set off Tues morning and arrived in Southampton at 10am. We were booked on the 11.30 ferry across to the Isle of Wight...the weather has been glorious the whole time.
    Booked into a wonderful B&B in Shankin, then went for a walkabout. There are some fab places to eat and they seem to specialise in fresh fish.
    I managed to do 790ish for the 3 days, had salmon, mackerel, tuna and crab..with salad (hubby had my tomato)
    Landlady was lovely and put my tetras in the freezer overnight for me, so I could take them out for the day and only ate in the evening. Had a bit of a problem with drinking enough water, just managed what I could.
    Went to some lovely places on the island...then went to Cowes to get the 12:30pm Ferry back to Southampton yesterday.

    It was a wonderful 3 days...hubby also bought me 2 Cashmere jumpers for my B/day..in a size 12.....and they fit!!:D

    Weighed this morning and have lost another 2.5lbs so very pleased with that. :D

    Thanks Tara...how have you been doing??....have you found the 1000 easy?
    Need to catch up on everone.........although I had a great time...I did miss you all on Minis's..It's like a family.

    I done a 1000 for a week and lost2lb that was last week, but this week i was gonna do 1200 but ended up doin a mix of both and had totm and stayed the same when i got weighed yesterday!!!! but hayho keeping me chin up not going to get down about it seeing as when i checked on my scales monday i was showing a small gain!! so to have ended up staying the same is ok!

    how you doing maggie? have you struggled catching up on all the threads?

    so far for me i have had brekkie, 1& 1/2 ltrs water and just havein 2nd coffee!

    Yes, still trying to read through..so many posts. Just having a coke zero, had 1 1/2 litres water so far.
    Will have a hot shake soon, feeling cold today. Keep trying to do the black coffee but just can't get down even with a sweetner. Think I'll just stick to hot water with summer berry flavouring.
    Have had 2 new clients this morning, really picking up now. They want weight off for the xmas parties..
    Washing machine on 2nd load so far, 1 more should do it and then to get it dry and ironed (YUK!).

    Thats good glad your picking up on the clients hun,
    The ironing must have to be the worst job ever just so hate it!!
    Black coffee for me isnt a problem, as i have drunk it black for about 20yrs now.omg that makes me feel really old working that out!!lol, and its a plus that i have used sweetners in coffee for yrs too.
    I am cold too and i cant blame ketosis for that anymore!, weather has deffinatly turnd colder now.

    Afternoon girlies!!!

    I'm glad to hear you had a great time Maggie - and a loss too!! Can't be bad :p.

    I braved the scales this morning and guess what ..... my 3lb gain gone :D plus another 1lb to boot :D:D:D:eek:. So now weighing in at 9st 11.7 lbs. Needless to say I am very pleased with that result and it's another 4 days to WI! Maybe I'll get another 1.5lb off by then to make my BMI 25 and I can start on 1000:). Fingers crossed eh?!!

    ANyone doing anything nice today/tonight? We're (BF, puppies and i) are off to my mum's for a Rugga final party!! Should be a giggle - just hope we can find that can of whoop ass to hit the South Africans with ;). Here's hoping.
