yep have days where i just cant face another ruddy glass of water and then days when i just need that bit extra to drink

Thanks Claire and Becky, i do have some my sister gave me, so i shall try abit harder today, as i have only had a glass of water upto now, today that is! will go get some flavourings going on!!!
